Save time! No more waiting on hold.
We now have an online appointment system for our existing patients! If you’ve already been seen by a practitioner in clinic, please sign up to book, reschedule, and cancel your appointments online.
First-time appointments, marine/firefighter medicals, excisions (previously discussed with a practitioner), IUD insertions, and patients with forms must book by phone: 604-485-6261.
Note: Online cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, please call our office to avoid a $50 no-show fee.

How to Sign Up for MyHealthAccess
Please use Firefox or Google Chrome to register. Safari does not work.
- Have your Personal Health Number ready (find it on your BC Services Card or Care Card).
- Go to myhealthaccess.ca/ branded/tmca_pr.
- Click Sign Up.
- Enter your Name, Personal Health Number, and email address. Choose a secure password and remember it for future logins. Check the box stating you agree with Terms of Use and Conditions.
- Confirm your email address and registration by following the instructions that will be emailed to you to complete your registration.
- Log in and click the button to book your first appointment.
How to book an appointment for a dependent
A dependent is someone you have responsibility for (i.e. a child, an elder, a person with a disability). To add a dependent to your MyHealthAccess profile:
- Have the dependent’s Personal Health Number, date of birth, phone number, and address ready.
- Sign into your MyHealthAccess account.
- Click “Account” at the top left of the screen, then click “Dependents.”
- Enter your dependent’s information.
- Connect your dependent to The Medical Clinic Associates.
